Accessing a completed request<\/h2>\n

  1. Open the Document Tracker.<\/li>\n
  2. Locate the request with a Completed status.<\/li>\n
  3. Use the action menu for that request.<\/li>\n
  4. Choose View to open it or Download to save it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Why this matters<\/h2>\n

    Document Request reports are treated differently from many normal search reports. Once uploaded, they can remain available after completion.<\/p>\n

    Important:<\/strong> Use a meaningful internal reference when submitting requests so completed items are easier to find later.<\/p>\n
