Candidate journey<\/h2>\n

Once the request is sent, the candidate receives the e-Consent link and completes the consent process.<\/p>\n

  1. Open the e-Consent link received by email.<\/li>\n
  2. Authenticate using the required identifying detail.<\/li>\n
  3. Review the searches listed in the request.<\/li>\n
  4. Accept or reject the request.<\/li>\n
  5. Complete any qualification information if that check is part of the request.<\/li>\n
  6. Choose a signature method and sign the form.<\/li>\n
  7. Submit the completed consent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the candidate rejects<\/h2>\n

    The candidate can reject the request and may be prompted to give a reason. A rejection can then be seen in the history area.<\/p>\n

    Important:<\/strong> Where qualification checks are included, the candidate may need to list the qualifications they are consenting to before signing.<\/p>\n
