If you believe a result is incorrect, or if a consumer disputes the accuracy of information, do not treat the information as confirmed.<\/p>\n

  2. Include the Search ID.<\/li>\n
  3. Include your internal reference or case number.<\/li>\n
  4. Provide a clear description of the concern.<\/li>\n
  5. Attach supporting documentation where available.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you are unhappy with service delivery, you can lodge a complaint using the complaints contact provided by J-Cred and include your ticket or Search ID together with a clear description of the concern.<\/p>\n
