If you suspect that someone else has accessed your J-Cred account or that your account activity does not look right, act quickly.<\/p>\n

  1. Stop using the session if something looks suspicious.<\/li>\n
  2. Reset your password if that is available to you and safe to do.<\/li>\n
  3. Notify your client administrator or internal responsible person.<\/li>\n
  4. Contact J-Cred support immediately.<\/li>\n
  5. Be ready to provide your user details and a short explanation of what you observed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
