There are times when you need to update or re-confirm your RICA details.
When you may need to update #
- Your address has changed
- Your ID document has been renewed or replaced
- Your provider asks you to re-verify your details
How to update #
Contact your provider through their app, website, store or support line. You will usually need to provide your current ID and, where required, proof of your new address.
Why accuracy matters #
Keeping your registration current ensures your SIM stays active and helps prevent delays if you later need a SIM swap or number port.
