What to Do If You Suspect Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your J-Cred account or that your account activity does not look right, act quickly.
Recommended response #
- Stop using the session if something looks suspicious.
- Reset your password if that is available to you and safe to do.
- Notify your client administrator or internal responsible person.
- Contact J-Cred support immediately.
- Be ready to provide your user details and a short explanation of what you observed.
Important: Do not ignore suspicious account behaviour and hope it resolves itself.
