A no-result outcome does not always mean the search failed. In some cases, it means the search completed successfully but did not find a matching record based on the information provided.
What to check next #
- Review spelling, number formatting, and the selected search criteria.
- Confirm you used the correct search type for the information you have.
- Check whether you can search by a stronger identifier, such as ID number instead of name.
- Try a different but valid criteria path if the workflow supports it.
- Log a support request if the result still looks wrong.
Tip: Do not guess wildly with repeated searches. Start by reviewing the business case and the details you entered.
