What Approved and Onboarded Means

J-Cred is not a public sign-up platform. Users are added through an approval and onboarding process before they can register and sign in.
What this usually means #
- Your organisation has been approved to use specific services.
- Your user profile has been created with a role and permitted access level.
- You should receive onboarding communication with instructions for registration or password setup.
- Some search types may only become available after administrator approval or training.
Important: If you believe you should have access but you have not received onboarding communication, contact your client administrator or support.
