Some J-Cred workflows depend on systems or institutions outside J-Cred’s direct control. This is important when managing expectations with your team or your client.
Examples of external dependencies #
- Upstream system outages or maintenance
- Institutional closures or peak periods
- Reference contact availability
- Incomplete or incorrect information slowing external processing
Good to know: Where needed, J-Cred can provide proof of submission and processing traceability to show that a request is active and awaiting external response.
