How to Search a Company or Director

Company and director searching #

J-Cred supports company-related workflows such as CIPC company searches and director searches.

Search by director #

1. Open the company search area.
2. Choose the director search option.
3. Enter the director’s first name and surname, or the identifier required by the page.
4. Add your internal reference.
5. Submit the search.

Search by company name or registration #

1. Choose the company name or registration option.
2. Select the matching mode available on the page, such as exact match, contains, or starts with where applicable.
3. Enter the company name or registration number.
4. Add your internal reference.
5. Submit the search.

Important: Use the search route that best fits the information you already have. Stronger identifiers usually lead to cleaner results.
