Common Login Problems and How to Fix Them

Most login problems are simple and can be resolved quickly with a few checks.
Check these first #
- Make sure you are using the email address that was registered during onboarding.
- Check that Caps Lock is off before entering your password.
- Use the password reset flow if you are not sure that your password is correct.
- Try signing in again in a fresh browser tab or incognito window.
- Clear browser cache and cookies if the page is not behaving normally.
